Sounds like facemelt max for our shit that we play. Fuck, hard to find this shit in the EU and gassing for it bad, someone convince me either way.

Yeah, alright, ya convinced me whisky. Just have to talk him down in price and find a way to haul that monster up from southern germany. Should fit in the growing bass wall nicely.

How long did it take to press it? Record store day fucked me and made my pressing have a 16 week wait. That is the sucky part about trying to press vinyl around a tax return. The plants workload is always increased that time of year.

I had one, it was cool, ultimately the value I could get out of it vs the crazy ideas I have got me to sell it, which funded two other cabs, so, yay me?
New Whores would be fucking rad. Looking forward to seeing you again, I imagine RF will be playing some monster sets having to follow you.

I need to get this art shit done so I can start the agonizing wait for pressing haha. Sounds like a lot of fun.

hahahah KaosCill8r, I'd have to try it one day just to watch reality torn asunder.
NoLA-Riffft I really can't tell any difference in the 140 and 150. maybe slightly louder if you dime it out but I usually keep it around on both. both have the same distortion. but you said you are getting away from the tighter distortion... have you tried just going on the clean section and cranking the gain on that all the way up. It's surprisingly much more like a overdriven tube head. Like shockingly similar.

Band camp just told my it was time to pony up and buy the record because I had listened to it too much for free and that got me wondering if there is a new one in the works?
We're writing now. We have a show in Austin on 7/2 with The Sword, then a few warm up dates in the SE at the end of August, then tour in Oct. We're looking at recording late this year and releasing in the spring. We just signed a deal and they want the record ASAP, but we don't want to put out something unless we're 100% on it so we're taking our time.

The problem with my 140 is that the master level on my clean channel doesn't work. It shorts out if I turn it lower than all the way up. It's loud as shit so at least its stuck at a good volume. I ran my muff into it and liked the sound, but it wasn't loud enough for my doom band, so I've been using my VTM.
I have always been impressed with the sound of the ss and it's ability to take pedals. A discontinued gem in my opinion. Guys around here like them dimed on the dirty channel because of Soilent Green and Eyehategod (got mine from an EHG drum tech), but that generation is getting to be married with kids and no longer playing "the good stuff". I digress.
ahhh yea that would happer that if it's shorting out. And hell I got the Ampeg SS150H first and then later learned who all used em and that just made me in far happier. It was at a local music store in the bass section cause they assumed all ampegs are bass heads.

Man if it was at all feasible for me to come out.....
Highly encourage anyone who can, to go. Literally everyone from here I have met in person have turned out to be among my favorite people on the planet. It's weird how we all have that voice that says "maybe next time/I feel like chilling tonight/it's been a long day/what if nobody likes me/what if I don't like anybody/negative/negative/negative, don't listen to that voice. That voice is an asshole who's never right.

but, seriously, hurry up.
Short bus. It is the way forward.

ALL of our gear and room to lounge. Going to try like hell to acquire one. This one was borrowed for the night, might have a lead on one with a wheelchair lift, which would mean not even having to lift stuff into it.

Yep, that's pretty much standard. 20BS approved the first test press, and we still don't know when the vinyl will be in. We were told to expect at least 12, as many as 16, weeks after approving the test press. Bummer.

DO IT! We thought about selling the van and getting one, but we don't tour often enough to warrant it. Also, we have no place to keep such a massive thing.
Also, in case any of y'all are interested, got another new Khemmis track up over at the Obelisk. We are premiering one more later this week, and then suddenly July 7 will be here holy shit damn.

If I were on the same continent, I'd give serious consideration to making an effort to maybe hang out with you guys in real life, if it tied in with my schedule of binge watching Misfits on Netflix.
