Probably $80-100 since I'm on the other side of the country. I would definitely recommend FedEx for that, they have the best prices on shipping amps from what I've found, all though on the receiving end they are absolutely horrible...

Nobody is buying anything right now, even at great prices. :mope:
Yerp. Not a serious offer on my Traynor locally, and a couple pedals on Reverb either. Going to list the Traynor in Milwaukee and make a visit to my folks out of it, and think of a stupid list of amps I'd trade it for. Like the Sunn 1200S hybrid-rackmount... Orange Bass Terror...

Haven't seen much doom worthy stuff for sale, and I was checking Chicago CL for a friend there. Bunch of cheap grindcore amps, but nothing OMGDOOM. Pretty sure SLK is in a nationwide conspiracy of amp hoarders. :erm:

Yeah, FedEx Home Delivery is pretty inexpensive from what I've seen when I was getting quotes on my YBA. Never had problems with FedEx when I'm dealing with them for work, but at home they've been nothing but trouble, mostly just because they never show up when I'm home.

I kept getting offers on my Traynor and then they wouldn't actually buy it and I was seeing the same models but in worse condition listed for more money and not selling as well. I sold most of my pedals through Reverb, but it sort of just dried up for me and nothing was moving on there anymore. I had one pedal up for something like 3 months and eventually lowered the price to half what I listed it for before just pulling it all down. There's a smattering of cool amps around here on the SF bay area CL, which is within driving distance for me. Most of the cool amps I've sold over the years have been through there, but I've had zero credible bites on anything there for a while. I don't see as many cool tube amps popping up lately.

Are you saying you're one of those weird nerdy shredder dudes who plays with their guitar strapped way up at upper chest level?

I don't shred but my guitars are normally strapped up higher than most people's. I don't like shit slung low because I can't play worth shit on it... I do use more than the first 3 frets and the 2 lower strings.

but really my erection would be visible. if I played nude, my dong might be covered by my bass cause I do have them lower.

He doesn't own a strap. What so you think is holding the guitar up? :poke:

the guys in Ilsa used to use them. They are pretty beefy if you put an overdrive infront of it. Naturally it's pure At the Gates's tone... as in that's what they used to track most of their albums.
