Could be either really, just a matter of using correct polarity for the supply cap. Its the larger Ge size TO-5 slots for the sockets tho. Can use anything with any basic spec.

You still power the pedal using a Carbon Zinc battery if you wanna go that route. that my friend is just a mojo supply cap. Note that cap often costs more than a single 9V battery.

I dont personally plan on making them for people but if you wanna purchase some boards totes fine with me if people wanna build them for themselves.
