barber pole thru zero flange is a great idea though, maybe the chasebliss one will do something like that.. the chasebliss one seems the most promising to me since analog flangers are awesome and digital control is awesome.

I'd think that probably has something to do with the "through zero".I'd also think that if a flanger has six knobs, one of 'em'd be for delay time.

I thought 'shift' on the lower right was the manual/delay time knob? i'm certain he wouldn't skip a delay time knob, 'shift' is a less common term for it than 'manual' but i'm pretty sure it's the same thing/
