Does everyone's first guitar have a floyd? I've got an 80's fat strat with a Kahler licensed floyd trem. I have to do some work on it when I get a drill press, though, the wood around the bridge posts is cracked. Gotta drill it out and plug. I've had the trem blocked with quarters for a long time now, though. I do really like the locking nut (steel!) and micro-tuners. And that bridge is a good heavy hunk of steel.

I won't sell it. Mostly because I don't think I'd get much for it, and it's worth more as a player. And I can work on it.

I had a BC Rich Jr V for a while, which was actually surprisingly nice to play, but the Floyd ruined the whole thing for me. Changing strings was such a ballache for a 17 year old with mastubatory obsessions, and it used to chew through them

I played that Squier Baritone for a minute today....

Really dug on it. Really kind of wanted to buy it but that seemed silly. I didn't but damn if I didn't want to. Really liked the way it played. Probably just a great setup (it was at the place I have setups done and the guitar tech is tight as hell at his job).

Changing strings on a floyd rose guitar is a lot of time wasted not masturbating.

my first guitar but it's covered with goddamn grey paint and what looks like popcorn ceiling. I need new picks ups cause these are shot and I might go on and sand it all back down to that raw wood.

I'm actually not much of a fan of it. It's not that great of a stout.
It tastes like a Spaten Optimator mixed with an Arrogant Bastard.

Now, that Rogue Double Chocolate Stout is delicious.

False. You might not like the Russian Imperials, but that doesn't mean it's not extremely well regarded. I do like the Rogue Chocolate stouts though.

Now that's a dad joke if ever I've heard one.

I've been honing my dad joke skills since my wife got pregnant. It's so terrible, but I can't stop myself.

Part of the reason I want to be a dad is so I can tell the worst dad jokes.

First hand experience: dad jokes are the fucking best when you make them yourself.
I even laugh at my old man now :picard:

Man, my fiance has never been into metal, she basically hates almost the entire metal spectrum, and it makes me sad. But here we are, listening to Bongzilla. I'm finally getting her into awesome shit. Thanks, Doom!

I'm thankful my wife was always into metal and as in actual metal from the start. She's more unforgiving in taste than I am. Imagine that.

A match made in metal hebbin.

Beast in the Field freakin' rules the universe. Can't really think of another band I like seeing more.
