Aren't Zap Machines a Fat Tone exclusive limited run of 20 units? I think that's the reason they are not more popular. I love my Zap Machine. I have #5. I think if Jamie released it as a regular production pedal, it would do very well. He really had no reason to do that until Fat Tone sells out of them though.

As far as I know, the Zap Machine was a limited run of 20 (mine is marked #15/20). That's probably why you don't see them much. Fat Tone still has at least one, according to their website. It's possible that more runs were made, but I don't know. It's a good all-round fuzz, has tons of volume and the bass control works really well.

Finally got my blem'd Ghost Echo in the post. Customs nabbed it but I've still saved some cash on it. :omg:

I was tempted by the white light too but missed out. Let's hope a few more pedals get dropped on the floor in the next few months. ;)
