I love the monotron delay! Use it on the bus/subway all the time. Thanks to the delay section, low pulsing drones are easily accomplished. Aaaaand btw I have an algal bloom incoming

The real question now is what kind of EQ should I put after it. I was thinking of trying something like the Boss GE-7 first. Not even sure if I need one, since my amp has a 5-band EQ. I just need something that will allow me to put heavy emphasis on mids while slightly rolling down the highs.

You can do that with the pedal itself. With the shape knob, clean blend and the mids switch, you can eq pretty much however you want.

I say get a sound saw instead of a regular EQ.

I knew I had the shape knob turned up all the way for a reason.

I tend to like it near noon. Maybe a little higher or lower depending on how my ears are that day. Seems to have a good mix of bite and thickness in that area.

The only thing I remember disliking about my old TAFM is the insane volume boost when I would run my Mini before it. Like there was no way to dial it out without making it too quiet without Mini.

I'm gonna embrace the volume this time though.
