I got mine used (its the first version), so it was way cheaper than new. But I love it, it's essential for the midrange tweakability in my setup. It is an absolute necessity, and it is worth the price. WAY better than any 10- or however many-band eq that I've tried, as it just sounds better.

I've been thinking about swapping out my phaser for a boss flanger again. Shaun's board is starting to convince me that this is a really good idea.

I tried a phaser for a day and realized it wasn't for me. Got myself a flanger and I'm much happier. I'm considering doing that huge mod to the BF-2 that gives you like 2 extra knobs and three switches.

Yeah I go back to phaser every time I try a flanger.
Maybe I need a BF2?

I'm the exact opposite!
I want to try the EQD Grand Orbiter, but I've heard they're not ideal on bass. Although, I prefer watery sounding phasers over the more thick and chewy ones.

Maybe you want the EQD interstellar orbiter?

I thought about it, but the Hrand Orbiter has a vibratto mode and fixed freq mode and that is all I would really want out of a phaser.

True that. Bad stone? Is 6 stage and gets pretty choppy. Has a fixed mode.....

I'll probably grab a Grand Orbiter once I sell my Manta and get a Malekko Scrutator

Kind of a pedalboard, my girlfriend (who studies furniture design) just designed/built a shelf specifically for storing all the pedals that are currently not on the board—for easy access.
