How do you use this?
Do you have both fuzz on or different combinations?

Well I play baritone, in a band with only me, a drummer and vocalist.

So the right channel is my pseudo bass, which I have clean or dirty to my ampeg, I use the pitchfork for octave down stuff maybe 70% of the time, not always, sometimes I use my second voice and my amps switch roles a little.

The left channel is my guitar side, which I can use any combination of the pedals into my sound city.

I do like stacking fuzz pedals and running different combinations to try and vary my sound, pretty sure nobody but me ever notices.

Dude that's rad, I do a similar thing but with a bass vi instead of baritone and I really want to start running dual chains. What's the pedal with the massive knob/triangle graphic?

It's a secret fuzz. Made from unicorn cum and satans shit.

I will try to track em down, although I don't venture out much in ILF....past the usual threads.

Eh, I wanted to check it out too: https://m.soundcloud.com/thegladeye/clock

Good stuff.

i totally dig this. i love doing the *fake* bass duality. probably my favorite band i've been in was just me doing that and a drummer. sick if i do say so myself.

that IS very well organized, too. :thumb:

The HP+Poly combo is legendary suckaz just don't know

Exactly, they suit each other perfectly!

Once I get it properly built and figure out what works and not, I will make a video for sure :)

I'm planning on making so the pedals are tiltet towards me (that way I not only get a better overview of what's going on, but can also hide the power supplies underneath) and build it so that the drone commander's control panel is pointing towards me at a more comfortable angle. I'll then make a small platform on top of that for the LAL so it's also slightly facing me. In other words; only the mixer, Beats and Pocket Piano will stand on a flat surface. Does that make sense? :idk:

Edit: like this, sort of...

setup from this weekend,
already on Insta
most happy about the snake I think
lets me run the left side in my effects loop and have easy color coded plug in for everything

Routing as follows
Guitar (nelson this weekend YES!!)
Tone Reaper/P-factor/source poly/dirge comp/rv-5/polara/hoof/volume pedal(out to front of amp) Effects loop from Amp (Randall Diavlo 20h) - Echobox /supernatural/slicer/timebender/ditto

other goodies,
White box is for the P-factor
reebok pump box is my amp footswitch (etching by Mr. Jwars)
and the cheeseburger is the timebender footswitch - my daughter painted that one for me.

I think I am about 100% locked in with this setup, only change I could even foresee right now is to replace the Polara with a multi of some type like a bitquest or zoom unit, so I have a little more versatility.

Chain:

LAL MNP-2
- Theremin 1 into the DBA verb.
- Theremin 2 goes into Seppuku KK.
- Drone and tracer go straight into the Hypnodrone mixer in the back.

Hypnodrone mixer + Drone Commander + Pocket Piano + Volca Beats -> Behringer mixer.

From there: SS/BS No Memory -> Joyo Flanger -> Cooper AARP -> Seppuku DLFO -> Eventide Space -> DBA Echo Master -> Amp

Excited to play around with this and change this up as I figure out what works and what doesn't. :joy:

This is really inspiring me to finally set up my tabletop shit instead of the mess it is now. :thumb:  I'll try and get a picture of it tonight all set up!

I still need a good mixer to tie it all together though. I think Scott from mtl.asm said he'd make a few of his mixer/splitters after the next CT5 run, so I'll grab one of those because it seems perfect for what I want to do!

I had Hypnodrone make me one. Really pleased with it. I'm sure the mtl.asm is awesome too!

Looking forward to seeing that setup! Mine is bound to change a few times before I figure out what I really want to do with it. But that's half the fun. :snax:

How much did the Hypnodrone cost you? I'm no against going for that one either. Just need to price stuff out (and get a cheap mixer like the Behringer one there as well).

You could PM him -- he's here under 'hypnodrone' but I think shipping might be kind of pricey?

Yea I was thinking about it, but I might stick with Scott's mixer because of it's ability to run 2 in / 2 out which would let me do stereo slicing with the Boss SL-20

You're the first person I've seen who actually bought that MNP. You might be the only person who bought it, who knows!

I think in the near future I'm going to throw all practicality to the side and make a board that's just white and red. or just solid white. Nothing but dirt and flange haha

Rusty, what's the little blue guy bottom left?

Whoops just saw this [killer board btw]
It's a dual TB loop by analog endeavors. I added the elite cloth tape and band aid mods for +15 tone :hobbes:
