Yeah I had to get the Marshall blast. That shit was really good. I was sick for the past month or so but I generally see at least a dozen bands a week and most them are pretty awesome. Whores is the best thing I can remember since the last time Fu Manchu (my favorite band!) was here. You'd have to be a dadburn fool to miss these guys if they come to your town.

Hmmm sounds like a miscommunication in media land, that sucks. I can feel you on the not wanting to join an existing band. Depending on the bands current success you can feel more like a hired gun than an actual member. Regardless of whether or not you join them I look forward to all future music you create.

I've been dealing with MEC for years, he is an absolute stand up guy have no fear making any kind of deal with him.

Witchburner demo recorded, just gotta upload it.

Looking forward to both of these. :yay:

You know what's better than a $5 t shirt? Free beer. I don't see myself getting a free beer today, so I'm pretty damn happy I just bought a $5 t shirt :thumb:

Sadly, and this might be heresy, but I bought an RV-3 for like 80 bucks and it kicked the el cap off my board. I love the tone shaping of the el cap, and just how much you can define the sound... but in the end, I like how much the RV-3 is a "set it and forget it" pedal. I also have the moog mini delay. I just wasn't using it.

Thanks for the kind words on the etchings. I've recently tried a few new things with it and this was the first round for nick. It came out awesome.

for those not my friend on instagram or the face books. I posted all my shit for the obligatory all gear shot.

it's been a really rad new gear month already.
The wife helped me set the shot up because even she couldn't believe it.

I really need to sell things.
hahaha

Dude Chris hows that Micro T working out with the Thiele cab? Thats gotta be the most badass mini setup I've seen.

Also just wait, you'll miss the El Cap soon.... it happens to all of us....

So far I've only plugged the mini t into the atlas to break in those speakers at a slightly reasonable volume before we practice.

For a 5W amp? Holy butt Shit. I could easily see recording a full album with just that. it has insane lows, a great natural overdrive. Such good toanz. I was trying it with all my dirts. Pharaoh, Volt thrower, Providence stampede, HM-2, and each one sounded bad ass. I am really happy i didn't second guess if I could afford it.

I apologize for missing it, but Mini T?

Also your band rules.

I'm completely convinced the RV3 is the perfect pedal. Also those Hex cabs look so fucking cool, are they significantly heavier than other cabs of the same size though?
