He didn't technically steal it, he had a roadster (the model I've wanted) faceplate laying around so instead of going a custom route he rearranged the knob layout to fit the faceplate as the amp its actually a clone of has the knobs straight in a line.

Yup!!! Found it for a score on a facebook group, luckily all ready had plans to off load some stuff. It just happened to work out timing wise perfectly.

It's not cheating, it's adultery!
I'm sure it'll be dope either way.
Pretty much hahaha
I hope so!! I'll post some demo's once it arrives.

Pictures in a minute, but I just picked up a Sunn Sorado, an old AF-100 Bee Baa, and an AD-50 Double Beat. The Double Beat is actually an awesome sounding fuzz but there is a volume drop on the wah side that kinda sucks (but it is way less subtle than my old crybaby). The Sorado puts my Beta Lead and Sovtek to shame! The volume knob actually makes sense (the sovtek just got more gainy kinda and the beta lead jumps way high in volume or is too low). The lows are clean and distinct for once...
Now that I have this, I have been contemplating rebuilding the sovtek (replacing all the pots, jacks, and setting it up for easier biasing....stuff like that, mostly because I have to bias it when I get rid of the old groove tubes I bought from GC in a moment of panic the week of an out of town show).

If you ever want to flip said muff, you know where to look!
Promised the other guitarist in the band that I'd keep this one. The pairing suneater>muff with clean suneater blended in is seriously to awesome for me to deserve it. Buuut if that'd happen, you got dibs

Yea, that muff looks pretty freaking awesome. If wasn't doing other stupid things at the same time, I would of jumped on it. haha. It's in good hands though

Yeah, I am really happy with it. I've yet to figure out what the top left knob does, but even if it doesn't do shit I'd want it there. It looks so great. I'll try to make some demos of that and the fuzzhugger later! Had a minor panic attack since I thought it didn't work earlier today, but it turns out the jacks were re-reversed in a more logical way, and now it works perfectly
