just finished wiring up
super happy
waiting on a stereo cable for my amp footswitch I put together (thanks JWAR For the dope enclosure)
routing as follows
Reaper-P-factor-SourceFilter-Dirge Comp-RV5-RV-2-Talons -Volume-Echobox-Supernatty-Slicer-Timebender-Ditto
White FS is a dirge for the PF-reebok FS controls my Randall- Cheeseburger is for the timebender
Let my 2 yearold help me tonight and he dialed in such a sick setting on the timbender that I saved it as a pre-set

Its a Shure GLX-D, digital, rechargeable, and has a tuner on it. No problems with a frazz or doom bloom. Plays like having any kind of buffer before a oscillating fuzz. Expensive but totally worth it to not be tripping over gear and I use it at home since the battery on it lasts like 15 hours per charge.

it's probably a long way off,
and even when it does happen
and it makes everyone's life easier
people still won't change because of how the new tech "ruins their tone"

Now for me its that balance of convenience and tone and every day convenience gets closer to being the main priority. Also why I run only a power amp for me amplifier. I play enough venues with a back line cab so I don't have to lug a cab all the time.
