Luckily i have this mechanism in my brain that usually works...when im outside it can control my shit and vomitting for my OCD and dignity...but fuck, when i put the key in the front door of my house that mechanism just shuts down and its a free for all! Thats not a time to start fumbling keys...it has to be a quick open and run to the bathroom to release...otherwise its on the floor or in my pants.

I prefer not to shit in public toilets as I have seen some nasty things, but if its clean enough and I gotta do it BOWEL'S WILL BE DONE.

On the vomiting front, if I am pissed and I need to vomit, my body won't let me pass out until that happens.
Pretty good saftey mechanism.

so...here's a quandary...on my board a new spot will open up, since i'll take the Ghost echo off...and i want to put something to replace it.

I have tuner, wah, distortion, OD, Phaser, Delay/Reverb...what should i put in its place?

i dont need any dirt pedals, the QM and BF do everything i need. I dont want any crazy stuff (like pitch shifting, or bit crusher) as I dont really use it.

I do have a hummingbird i can put in there...which i havent used for a while

alternatively i can buy something new...maybe a looper? i play by myself mostly and it will be that way for a while as well...

any thoughts?

I would try the hummingbird again, but someone posted up a crazy price on a batch of Akai Headrushs in the ebay thread a little while ago that might be worth investigating.

Those headrush's or the hummingbird would be my choice too. Or something with a lot of utility? An M5 or something could give you options for the weird stuff should you join a project where it gets used while also giving you a ton of more useful effects in a smallish form factor.

I SHould find the pic I used for the ESP guitars Vinnie Vincent tribute thread. It was a toilet in Iraq and one of the interpreters (new guy) didn't know how to user it yet. So we found the seat with two, footshaped clean spots on it and the rest of the toilet was covered in projectile diarrhea. Definitely the most disgusting toilet in the world.

New torche and Acid king makes a pretty good week.

My second band, Terrasone, finally finished the in house demo we've been working on. I'm not to happy with it, but it was turning into one of those things where people keep second guessing themselves and wanting to make revisions, at some point it needs to be declared done so here it is. Warning, not super doomy.

I feel somewhat ashamed, I haven't pined over a local Marshall in months. I haven't even jammed with my amp really loud in months. What's wrong with me, Doom Room? I've been building PC's, breaking them, jamming on my Strat while watching movies. I think I'm sick. I need a Dunwich to relieve some of the symptoms.

To fund my broken motherboard, I need to let go of a really treasured pedal. Although I think the name PHSTR suited better, I'm selling a Badascan in the smaller enclosure in matte black. Anyone interested? I also have an awesome flanger from Subdecay and a Mr. Black Eterna Reverb pretty-in-pink. Both fabulous sounding.

Hopefully I'll make some time for the Doom Room once again. I keep up to date with a few happenings on Facebook, but I'm not friends with everyone so I'd like to get back into the fray. Hope everyone is doing well.

And no, D.o.S, I'm not dead. :p

It's Goldfish! You're not--

Oh. Ok.

Uh, I'd be interested in the Badascan. It's a big muff, right?

kind of. pharaoh eq with LSTR gain section. slightly different clipping options from the pharaoh. si, none, LED. as opposed to si, none, ge on the normal pharaoh.

pretty sure it doesn't take batteries though.

Yeah, it's a LSTR with Pharaoh EQ section. It has more midrange and is fatter. If dark and fat is Doom, it's about as Doom as I think a pedal could be made without building a huge empty box with no holes.
