Fender Swinger clone came in. Made up a tort guard for it. I miss single coils.
Never played fuzz with single coils before it's like way better...
Nice!!
I was considering bidding on that. Glad I didn't since you got it. Bet it's a blast to play.
Very different for Fender. I've never seen one of those before. Love the body shape. Headstock shape is a little understated compared to the body shape. Had I designed it I would of went a bit more crazy with the headstock.
Good score though dude

That's the head that was always around and my friend learned on growing up. I don't know why we never plugged it in. I just played my sovtek and he played his 5150 combo/half stack. How's it sound? Good headroom for your drones?
I just sold my Randal head too (it was the one dimebag liked from the 80s though I can't remember the model). Wasn't my thing though. My old bass player bought it for me to pay me back 100$ he owed me or something. It was my backup when gigging put of town.
Still waiting on the right head/cab. I don't know yet. I'm kinda tired of the beta lead

It plays so well! The neck is TINY though its 20.5 scale so smaller than a mustang and it feels like a toy. In a good way.
It was never really "designed" by Fender rather than thrown together, never went through the R&D department apparently
The body is an old 5 string bass that they cut the bottom out of to get rid of the bridge mounts and the neck is a musicmaster/duosonic that's just had the headstock cut off. It was to us up old parts when CBS Fender was trying to get more profitable.

Checking all of that tomorrow! People sleeping in the house right now so I can't really go on a drone party right now. What I've read is that it is kinda close to a JCM800, so I might use it to bring some doom or something. I've been wanting a tube amp for a while now, and this one was like $250, so I figured I might as well.

You'll like it then. I remember the first time I plugged in my Sovtek (which I believe is based off the same marshall), I was blown away. Can't beat 250 either way.

Shiet I'm exited. The sovteks has really increased in price lately around here. I remember first seeing one $300-$350, a Mig 60 IIRC. Now they are up in like the $600 area. I mean, they seem awesome, but for that price there is a lot more competition.

Is it the same Afterneath that has been bouncing around ILF for months now?

I mean, it takes a bit to dial it in, but once dialed it can do some amazing sounds. Only reason I originally got rid of it is because rm-1n > Afterneath.
