I messed around with the Cthulhu Fuzz Deluxe on guitar this morning. Fuzz maxed, input gain dialed back a bit, bias dialed back some and the Volt Thrower in the parallel loop. Got a pretty thick, gnarly tone. I need more time to play with it before I make demo clips, since there's a lot of settings to fine tune, but it sounds pretty killer overall.

100% on point. The whole art is supposed to be as over the top as possible. Also, yes, that wizard has a name. What's his name? There are some who call him...Tim.

I'd say more about the pedals but they're both a bit cloney and I don't want people who may be able to work faster than me to put out my ideas before I do. One is a weird fuzz for guitar and one is a predictable fuzz for bass. The bass one sound MAD GOOD for guitar but the guitar sounds like doodoo for bass. I have been talking about this bass one for like two years now.

That new amp looks pretty fucking sweet. I took my Soldano to practice last night and fell in love with it all over again. LP into the Badascan into the Soldano into the Atlas = heaviest tone ever. Cleans aren't as sweet as the Matamp, but the dirt stuff slays. Got to do a side by side with the Badascan and my Pharaoh this morning with the Matamp and Emperor cab and I gotta say, I love the Badascan at lower volumes but when crunk to band levels and beyond I prefer the Pharaoh. Can't wait to run it through the Soldano / Atlas at the practice space. Something else happened today that absofuckinglutely ruled. I got to see and hear the Dunwich HM2 in person. That thing is fucking killer. We recorded Matt's tracks with it running into his Musicman and it brought the doom. I'll try to get a quick mix down and post it for you guys. Didn't get any pics though. Maybe Matt did.

Just got a Pedaltrain JR in the mail. Looking forward to building up a medium sized pedal board. Going for most pedals possible on the board with a super simple one stomp switching system to toggle between 2 sounds.

Also just got a Snow White Autowah. That thing is awesome but it's really weird to play wah without the foot movement. With the right settings you can control it with pick attack but it's a learning curve. This is my 4th wah, hopefully my last since the peak frequency is so tweakable.
