I think this is all one big GAS joke
this pedal wont ever happen
how long have we been strung along?
I had $500 sitting in my bank account ready for this for 6 months.

so I'm on the same mission and ran across this, check out the PLL tracker in nic collins(2nd edition) google books has it...put something like that together tonight with some tweaks here is a sound demo taken from the bread board...http://soundcloud.com/caregiveranalog/med-error-day-1

all im saying is i'm guessing you set the 4046 up like the schematic in the book with a different input stage, 4017 is probably used for the octaves and intervals, that should be enough to get us in the ballpark. from messing around i noticed cap values have a ton to do with the pleasant musical tracking or crazy lazer beam raymond scott stuff. so we could probably figure this out without having to shell out cash to make a clone.
