Board #1 chain:
Robot Factory Pulse Synth -> Copilot Android -> theSyle Green Filter -> Upper -> Megalith Delta -> Unpleasant Surprise -> Pitchfactor ->P&C -> Xero -> Robot Factory Wormhole with Robot Devil in the loop -> Cosmichorus -> RRR -> Robot Factory Photron with Wolly Mammoth clone in the loop.

Board #2 chain:
Frantabit -> Polytope -> Xero DLX -> BugBrand Microcrusher -> Elements -> Tunnelworm -> Frostbite -> B3K -> Meatsmoke -> Slicer -> M5 -> Timeline -> Blue Sky.

Boss volume pedal is an expression pedal for both Expressionators, they control Xerograph, Photron and Pitchfactor on the first board and Frantabit, Timeline and Elements (or Slicer) on the second board. There is an extra expression output on the volume pedal, that I keep for the time, when I add BitQuest.

heyyyyy homie! been in and out. just don't post in the pedalboard thread that much because my setup has been super butts stable for a year or two now. feels weird to put up the same pic over and over?

i lurk like the SEXIEST of stalkers though. ether rag and lube in one hand, After Fun Times Relaxation Times bag of Skittles in the other.

Your pedals are sideways. But your overall excellent taste make up for this.

How's that Sonar working out for you? I've been torn between the sonar and new hummingbird. Hummingbird seems more pedalboard friendly but the sonar has so many options. I would mostly use it for extreme chopped trem though.

I have a hummingbird and will never part with it, but it is pretty different to the sonar. Reverse sawtooth, and the max gain reduction isn't as extreme as the sonar. If you want square, on/off chop the sonar is your only choice. If however you like the Godspeed sort of chop then the hummingbird cops that. You could probably dig either though. All chop is good chop.

I owned a hummingbird before the sonar.
In short, the hummingbird is warmer and the sonar is more mechanical. although it can achieve smoother, more subtle effects as well.
when boosted, the hummingbird offers nice breakup but for me, it could never get as intense as i wanted it. even with the depth maxed there was still the slightest dry signal incorporated. the sonar completely and utterly chops. basically, they're both fantastic pedals and it mostly depends on the application you'd be using them in. i like to have my cake and eat it too so i went with the sonar.

haha yeh i sprayed over everything. i really only use it for the looper at this point.
the board is
dl4<harmonist<ct5<sonar<dd7<bitquest<unpleasant surprise<rv3<rainbow machine<phat phuk<tafm<amt wah<sibling<tuner.

pitch bends on the ct5 loop
rainbow machine oscillations into the unpleasant surprise bones me up
phat phuk boosting the tafm is epic
looping a hard chop from the sonar into the ct5
double timing it
loop into dl4
slow it down
also, ryan just fucking knocked it out of the park with the bitquest
