I've been lurking a couple years, actually, biding my time and learning about kickass pedals from the wizened ILFWizards. Finally got an actual board recently and took the time to put it together, so it seemed like time to join the fold. Nothing as crazy/rare/cool as a lot of the beauties that pop up in here, but it's more than capable of makin' some sweet, sweet noize.

great first post

don't downplay it homie, it's a beast

Are there any recordings of the Algal Bloom in LED mode?

Progress...
I'll start wiring tonight after work.
The purple box is a re-housed Seymour Duncan Tweak Fuzz. Footswitch isn't necessary since it will be in a PX-8 loop. This saved enough space to make room for another small-ish pedal.
The little footswitch on lower-right is a momentary expression switch for the M9. Unpressed is Heel, Pressed is Toe. I'll use this for quick whammy pedal-style octave up shifts and temporary increases in delay feedback.
Dover Drive...where do I begin? This might be my most favorite drive/fuzz pedal ever. This pedal deserves it's own thread.

The M9 and H9 are both mounted to Pedaltrain Boosters to get them up above the PX-8 switches.

Last piece of the puzzle will arrive next week.
I have a custom metal panel on order that will mount across the front slot of the Pedaltrain board for I/O jacks.

dude dude dude
that is going to be crazy when it is done.
the sounds possibilities with the M9 and Eventide are insane
What mods are done to the M9??
I take it you don't need risers on the back row since they will all get their own loop right?
And pedals with no stomps for TB loop systems is pretty stinking cool!!

Yeah, I'm pretty excited to get this all wrapped up. It's been a long process settling on all the pedals and waiting for things to arrive.
M9 was modded for dedicated SCENE and TUNER switches so I don't have to press 2 buttons at once to engage them.
Yes, each of the analog pedals will be in a separate loop of the PX-8 so they can sit lower than the M9 and H9.
I love my Tweak Fuzz, but it was WAY too big. This freed up some space for another mini pedal if I tighten things up a bit.
It's now half the size of the original.

The Grind Fuzz sounds like there's white noise coming from it when engaged (even with the volume way down) the Heavy Machine (which is connected to the Grind Fuzz) makes some weird ground sounds when engaged and not playing. Super annoying. I don't get it. I may have to take that fucking Heavy Machine apart and put a bunch of heat shrink in it. It's gotta be a bad ground somewhere. When everything is bypass, it sounds fine. Maybe a little tone loss because of how many fucking pedals, but other than that, pretty good.
When I had a bass with noise issues the Heavy Machine really exaggerated the noise, like times 5. With my current quiet bass the Heavy Machine is a tiny bit noisy, but very minor.

It's weird because I had a feeling it may be coming from the Heavy Machine and the fact that I have a very, very active bass. I need to string up my Jazz and try it. Just been lazy. LOL. I've got some heat shrink on the way so I can kind of clean up my clean up of the Heavy Machine.

Some new goodies. Traded a few crappy old pedals I just got for free to my local pawn broker for a MIJ dd3, now i can sell my dd2 at a premium. Custom doomidrive from MEC also showed up. Just laced this board together, gonna head to practice, and bump some new Sumac on the way...
