Kind of very subtle. It's hard to notice that anything is happening, but I've been told it has to do with wet/dry signal. I was hoping it was going to completely destroy the signal or something cool. The more I play with it the more I may tune into its use. Heres a demo where I utilize the red button.

Dude, that's one of the most wicked demos I've heard. Straight from bizarro world! My wife would kill me if I played such stuff for more than 30 seconds.
The Acid Fuzz with both controls maximised throught the whole video makes listening to it exhausting. Maybe the red knob shows more noticeable effect when you stop playing full blast noise through it. Maybe the Kompakt Kassette likes dynamic input sounds?
