It's actually a standard Bloom, but with the two extra tone knobs from the Doom Bloom.

Just in: Just got my LAL Lluna and got my She Fuzz back with a beautiful Monty Python etchjob from jwar.
Coming soon: No Memory, Afterneath, Suneater Oscillator, custom Devi Ever TGD/DB.
So that's all my money out the window. But I can eat noodles for a while, if that's what it takes.

Sure, I'll try to get some pics and clips up asap! What I can say is that the etch is perfect, and the Lluna does exactly that dirty, overdrivey fuzz madness that I enjoy.
