I feel like in my tumblr feed I see more and more pedals with VU meters in them. Why is this a thing? :idk: :idk: :idk:

My non-band board. I've been writing songs for a imaginary in my head band, for about a month now. I may try to make it real at some point.
I'm not happy with the reverb, I can still hear the angels singing just a little even with shimmer knob all the way down.

How do you like the Incinerator?

I thought you were selling the Destroyer?

The Incinerator is fun and loud, unusual with it's flexible input order and interesting with the voltage control on channel 1 and select-able oscillators on both channels. I don't think it's an amazing sounding pedal in the 'core wheelhouse' of dirt or fuzz, but there are things it does that other pedals won't. I won't lie and suggest that it looking like it does didn't play a part in me wanting it, or wanting to 'master' it. I have the destroyer (I still have a ritual as well) listed for sale still even. I have was using the blower box in that position and I 'borrowed' it for practice one day and decided since the destroyer was sitting there all unloved I'd put it back on and continued working. The core of my writing here is around is the sonic crayon vibrato, the incinerator, and the Anti-nautilus (in that order).

My loose 'plan' is to migrate the eterna off (using the amp verb anyway), go with a slightly smaller dirt (likely the ritual), and see if I can buy/cram/learn to love the Endangered AD4096. It's fun to focus on just me, and what I want to make fun sounds with after so much time spent pleasing a band. If it works up to another external musical situation, grand... if not, it's a fun ride

I'm glad you're digging the Incinerator dude. It's such a crazy pedal! I love the ridiculous size of the box too!! hahaha. Those things were a bitch to etch but turned out so good (IMO). I wet myself seeing those Sonic Crayon pedals too. God he's talented. So many good builders out there. UGH.

Yeah, whoops on my part... I was actually asking how you dug it in terms of the artwork by yours truly

That was probably my favorite (and most intricate) pedal to design. It does ungodly things on certain settings as well. LOVE that monster.

There's a rumor going around that you make killer pedal demos. Any truth to that?

I've still a couple of pedals incoming, going on two different boards. But today I have just enough to fill one, and that means pic tiem:

EDIT: Sorry to any OCDers for not swapping the Echorec and the Supermoon.
