I am not saying UG purposly took this pedal after seeing someone's interest, as we have no way to know if he saw the other post, but if you think no one here has ever done that or wouldnt do that you are naive. Which I admit is adorable.

ive got no real beef with UG, i cant imagine the pedal was bought out of spite - i just think its rad that univalave would offer that to bob after seeing how much he wanted that pedal!

Dude, I don't know really what it does (fuzz, duh) but I know how much you love those machines. Congrats man

it's basically a controlled internal feedback loop with a SM/33 combo circuit in the stock form, feeding into itself.

New version adds voltage sag (which makes many of the more nasty aspects of the pedal's internal faux tremolo manageable) and chaos/noise switches from the original SM design (and uses the earlier E13 SM circuit for a "Wth" why not).

Can't wait to compare it to my baby and see what it does.

Yeah, I typically hate burst, but something about it on these old shortscales (I've got an old Japanese telebass with burst, too) really does it for me!

If you can afford it and already have an iOS device, (or computer near your board) the h9 or h9 core. All the sounds of a space that you want, amazing interface, and the ability to do a million other things. I use mine mainly as a Pitchfactor, but it's nice having all of the other options with it for the occasional ringmod, delay or verb.

I can see the logic, but there's something about the pedal as app store model that just rubs me the wrong way. I'm not quite there yet! Mostly interested in the verbs anyhow.

Thinking longterm, I'd get the Space and the seperate pedals (or just flat out get the rackmount if I wanted more than one) - what happens when the store isn't supported or IOS update kills it?
