I like your sense for intense single colored pedals.

I think I haven't changed stuff a lot pretty typecast right. Plus I think I'm the only person on here who owns a more being such a TPG Jack White thing. It's like the only boost I have that I can have a fuzzed rhythm loop going on and a loud lead and boost them both without causing my Twin Reverb to go to mud or distort like crazy. It seems to just do the perfect amount. I end up leaving it on mostly these days though.

Honestly I think the size and colour is what attracted me initially to the Colorsounds. They are so pretty! I used to have a green RRR instead of the DBA reverb and the colours popped like crazy, this just sounds better that reverb is so trashy. But yeah, big completely overpriced pedals, no LEDS batteries only, that's how you mean business. Why would you need convenience and environmentalism?

How do you like that power boost? Is it fuzzy? Or clean boosty?

Just got a FOAD and fucking LOVE it!!!! My Bitquest is out for some love from Ryan. Other than that, I'm happy with this. I may be getting rid of the Manta when my Faye Sing B arrives. I only use it as a phaser! What the fuck is wrong with me!!! LOL

Powerboost is LOUD. With the volume fully down its like a SHO style boost at maybe noon. It's like a dirty boost anything over like 9 a clock on volume and it's hideously loud starved sounding fuzz from like 3 on. It's gonna push most amps into fuzz though so I guess your amp would play a big part in the sound. It's like a huge treble booster but with the ability to put bass in there as well. Real jangly, kinda harsh.
I was using it as my main fuzz for a while set at like 11 o clock sounded like a demo tape fuzz with everything at noon there if that helps

there's one enormous door demo of the left hand path and it sounds like bees in a can in 1945.

Working on this setup at the moment.

Lots of new stuff.

Timeline is mind blowing (but I'm late to the party on that)
Phat Phuk B is really good. Just subtle as a boost on its own but brilliant for stacking.
Diabolik is nasty and grindy and goes bezerk when driven by the Phat or the Bearfoot.
Blowerbox does Rat and then you can boost bass EQ and it sounds like a Rat through an extra wall of cabs.
Bearfoot OD is new. It could have gone Mad Professor direction (kind of bland) or OG BJFE (fat and dark). Happy to say its fat and dark sounding. Not a huge amount of drive to it but it's got a natural dubby tone to it that I really like.

The Scream is on loan from a friend and I'm not keeping the Terminal (it's awesome but I get similar sounds stacking the other dirt pedals). I've managed to win a stupidly cheap Cusack Bass Screamer on eBay which will go on. Eventually I'm going to add a good reverb and something that does octave up (Bass Whammy, Pog or B9) and that will be more than I need. Keen to add a muff derivative too. This is all an example of the amazing amounts of space that have become available since I sold my Verellen Meatsmoke pedal!

I'll try and make a demo, can't guarantee it will sound awesome though. Maybe I'll do a soundcloud demo so it will sound better. Hmmm...

To me it's interesting because it's a "distortion", but definitely get into fuzz territory. I love that it has the options of dialing in mids, highs and lows kind of like my B7K does because together they are fucking insane.

I've been googling Enormous Door lately and haven't seen much from them. Sites under construction and it's a mastering website now? Not a gear site. So maybe they don't make pedals anymore.

Either way this thing fucking rocks. Like I said, I'll see about making a demo, so you can check it out.

Pretty sure Enormous Door is defunct (as a pedal builder--it was a mastering studio to begin with) and Joe who built those pedals does Lone Wolf now, hence the similarity of designs and even names for a couple. I kind of wonder what happened, like there was a big marketing push and then poof, no more.

I'm new here, here's my current board. Terrible picture of it, but eh.

The small stone occasionally gets swapped out for a distortion/OD/Fuzz, that way I can swap distortions/gains across the two loops I run.

For the pedals that aren't obvious, the battered red/green one next to the Rat is a BYOC 5 knob compressor (Ross Comp clone), the green-knobbed one is a clone of the Marshall Guv'nor, and the black and white unattached one at the top is a Devi Ever Torns Peaker I built.

Reeeeally need to get more fun things on my board. Desperately want an EQD Dirt transmitter, and a different delay pedal (I tend to use the hardwire for loop recording only).
