I have the WSOU first in the chain, using it more for broken up dirt than any sort of crushed or ring mod sounds at the moment. The BitQuest is being used as a filter after the MultiPlay but before the Carbon Copy. I dig it!!

How's that laowiz delay capigge?
very nice, using it for long delay setting mainly.

have you two messed around with where you put your ring mods? I like mine very early in the chain.
yes, before fuzz for the octave up kinda sound (it actually works best with mt2...). i used to have an ehx freq analyzer that can be put after fuzz, but for randy, you have to put it in front of fuzz.
the WSOU i use it alone for gated fuzz sound and trash distortion sound, it works very nice with phaser.

'69 > Deja Vibe > Fuzzrite > dual TB loop
loop 1: phase-O-matic deluxe > Bit Quest > Reverbamate (dry output closes loop > Normal channel; wet output > Shape EQ > Bass channel)
loop 2: DMM
EX-P: p-O-m sweep
EV-5: Bit Quest pitchshifting (patch 7)

Randy before fuzz never did it for me. I like the unpleasant-ness of it after the fuzz. Not that Randy is particularly unpleasant either way.

i guess then you need to turn down the mix to get the fuzz through.
when i put in front, it's 100% wet on the mix so it's dominating the fuzz.

It sounds so good I don't want to turn it off, whether using it for wobble or throb...it could be always-on.
Stacked into the manual tube phasing gives it a whole other level of base tone, and that's prior to sweeping.
I've yet to try a real deal UniVibe but this is the type of first impression one hopes for.
Also edit2: I cant wait to get another Bit Quest
