Whores stuff in the spam thread, if y'all are interested. We're trying to raise some money for tour.

Watching the science channel and they showed this video. (Well not this one, but the one cutting 24 cans.)

They've convinced me that I need a burly ass blade. I don't own any swords or any large knives. I think it's time.

Just buy a good katana. Best yard tool I ever owned. Cuts everything.
True Story, I got back after the 2003 tour in Iraq and was kidnapped by some local ladies. Ended up living there for a couple of years. The back yard was overgrown with stout Northwest Blackberry thorn bushes. We tried everything. Rented heavy duty equipment, tore that shit up with all kinds of powertools, fucking things always came back with a vengeance.
I was out one night getting wasted with some buddies celebrating a birthday and we stopped in a gas station that had knives for sale, The BDay boy drunkenly declared he wanted a katana. It was $20 so I bought it for him. we all ended up passing out at the house that night and the sword stayed there. I started making a daily thing of walking the back yard and cutting back the jungle. after a month I could spread some grass seed. after two, normal back yard again.
That one was a piece of shit, we have a couple combat steel Katana's now. mostly for decoration, but they are real and I have no doubt would cut a pig in two.
Also, Mikes band, crushing ear pussy.

I think I've mentioned to Skip before, the wife and I actually flew out to the NOVA/MD/WV area to check it out a few years back. Wife didn't get offered the job she was interviewing for though. Maybe at some point I'll get over to the east coast again for some hangouts, on tour or on vacation.

http://www.chenessinc.com/sgc.htm Buy one of these and don't look back. Real ray skin, quality steel, and will withstand all the stupid shit (hacking trees etc) you are probably gonna do with it.

Quantum Mystic rules. I copped the tone I was getting with my Rat and then some. Didn't record any clips yet, but did use it to record Matt's guitar tracks yesterday. Musicman HD150 with a Quantum Mystic sounds great. I'll try to record some clips tonight.

I'd love to hear those clips, conky.

Unsane is kind of on semi-permanant total partial hiatus.
For now.
I know it's not necessarily about me, but I thought their last album was excellent and one of my favourites. Although it felt like they had a second (or third or fourth) wind, I wouldn't be disappointed if that was their last album together.

Pretty sure the IT dept at my work has caught onto my activity here. As of today, every time I try to access the site, it redirects me to google. Wtf man, I'm pretty disappointed.

Really? Hmm. Maybe there is hope then that it's just something wrong with accessing the site from work for now.

Don't prematurely relax, it's almost certainly a thinly veiled threat from the brutal thugs in IT.
