Microkorg is based on the MS2000 engine, XL is based on the Radias.

i think u want the regular not the XL microkorg. if i'm not mistaken, the regular has the much easier to use editing matrix that the XL does not?
the editing matrix is actually pretty awesome.

just finished up modding my gameboy.
direct out for nanoloop mono, passive extra input for jamming w/ friends, internal sync in jack for syncing up w/ analog clocks (pictured synced up to OP1)
swapped a couple caps for larger ones for bass boost on the pro sound output, and put a decoupling cap on the power regulator to clean up some noise as well.

well i broke the b button in the most obscure way possible (chipped off a tiny tiny super tiny piece of the board and broke the trace)

but then i fixed it so somethings happening

from the left on over you got the glamour box and utopia from skychord, particle smasher-electro lobotomy in the aluminium, the three others are from a builder in japan, JMT....the 4 knob is one fat osc that goes into random stepping, 5 knobed one is 5 osc and 5 sub osc, green one is this custom diddy with ins and outs, fat filter, steps, sub osc....pedals are subdecay prometheus, two dba space rings and my old mr black flange.....goin into a passive mixer.
