Fun time to point out that I spent some of my misled youth putting booze into those Arnold Palmer cans so we could drink in public with impunity.

I've been in such a fucking rut lately. I'm not sure what my deal is. I'm kind of in a place where I dislike a lot of people and things (I know right...). I feel blah all the time or tired and lethargic.

Not sure how to approach this issue. Fucking sucks.

I think I'm like super fucking depressed if I had to put a name on the way I feel. It's weird because I have been feeling this way for quite awhile now and my doc just retired.

Yeah, that sounds like depression dude. Go get some assistance from a professional. It kinda sucks to do, but it's a huge help and depression can last if you aren't proactive at fighting it.

Maybe some quiet "me time" could do you good? I know you're busy on so many areas of your life and it's easy to get burnt out. It might help while you're in between doctors.
