I don't understand how Zappa could make so great and complex music, but i surely enjoy it
just listen to the harmonies and melodies... noone writes music like he did... but i can't put my finger on what makes it so different...

Dude were you at the columbia show??????????????
Why yes I was.
Also, my Facebook decided it was going to forget everything from the past couple months and jolt me back to early September to remind me how great things used to be. Thanks for the depression, Facebook.

Dude, sweatiest show I've ever been to. Howl were fantastic and ETID was amazing as always. Wasn't really into Trap Them.
I was at the front the whole show so you may have leapt over me, if stage diving was your game.
I would have been the large gentleman in a black wife beater that barged the stage at the end of Floater.

I went outside to take down my hop trellis and trim down my hop plants for the winter, and I found this gi-fucking-gantic Praying Mantis on top of one of the stakes! Look at this fucking thing!! To give you some sense of scale, that eye-screw is a 1-incher; so this thing was easily 6 inches long. This is the biggest fucking insect I have ever seen. It was so beautiful and cool. I ended up very gently nudging it onto my shovel and moving him over to a tree in my yard.

I just dreamed that I was at the park, and Anderson Cooper was there playing Morrissey covers on acoustic guitar. His voice was really deep...

That's the only question keeping me from perusing a career in photojournalism, man.
