Ran into my ex from 4 years ago at a gay potluck in the woods. My life has become a self-disparaging ouroboros. She left pretty immediately, so i didn't get a chance to talk to her. Things ended on bad terms, and i really just wanted to tell her i'm not mad anymore and i hope she's doing well. Oh well.

I had to have a talk w one of my roommates the other day, so hopefully it won't happen again. He has a weird habit of opening snack foods (chips, crackers) to grab a little snack and just leaving the bags wide open in the pantry. Like not even halfway closing them, just leaving them fully open so all my food goes stale. He also has a habit of eating bananas regardless of whether they're ripe or still green, so all my dang bananas get eaten before they turn yellow which is the earliest I'll eat them, since I'm not big on eating unripened fruit.

Bananas from the fridge, still a little green on the tip are my favorite. With that said, this is shitty of him.

No Shit, Fuck indeed. New director at work is trying to shuffle me out of the department that I helped to build. I was able to con the hospital out of 1.8 million dollars worth of new kitchen equipment but I suck apparently. On top of that my wife's business bank account was hacked to the tune of over $1700. Fuckin bullshit going through the process to get it back. On the phone with the bank " are you sure you didn't buy 2K worth of shit at a Lowes in Oregon?" Pretty sure we didn't take a day trip from Illinois to shop at Lowes. Filed a police report and it should be fine but damn her whole operation is tied to this account. Stay away from TCF bank yo! Could always be worse. Could be on fire.

I can't stop thinking about last night. I had a really shitty breakup with this person who was the ~~love of my life~~ 4 years ago or something. She was beautiful, smart, absolutely hilarious, good at sex, and just so great in so many ways. But she did some really dishonest shit, and i reacted really intensely to it, and i haven't seen or spoken to her in 4 years, and i get to dinner and there she is and i didn't even recognize her and she scrammed as quickly as possible, and i just wish i could tell her how much i regret the way things went down. How do you fucking offer someone forgiveness and beg for theirs at the same time? It's honestly keeping me up tonight. Sorry to dump out on y'all, this was just the last thing i ever fucking expected, and it feels so weird.
