We have a fairly sizable problem with meth in this country, but nowhere near as bad as it seems to be for you guys. I have a theory that it's mostly to do with the fact that we didn't get the crack wave in the 80s. Most of the people that have substance abuse problems here at that time were taking heroin, but since meth landed a lot of them, if not all, jumped ship what with the meth being cheap as fuck, easy to make, fast to move etc. in comparison to horse.
It's sad.

I don't think bath salts have had effects in the US like the krokodile has had in Russia, except for that one dude eating the other dudes face off. but that was in flordia, so im not totally convinced that was 100% bath salts fault. flordia is a breeding place for insanity for some reason.

The us has just started talking about krocodil and it's use in the US. So it has started. but the funny thing is usually shit like bath salts and krocodil scare off most of the 'casual' meth and crackheads. Also makes them feel what they are taking is ever safer. 'I might not have any teeth in my head from meth, but fuck at least my flesh ain't rotting off.'

Whiskers, regarding bath salts, it has been really hyped up down here, we're kinda of going through a media beat up period with it at the moment. So I'm sure most of what I'm hearing is misinformation. If the physiological reaction of the body is as reported though, I'm baffled as to why ANYONE would think that shit is ok or a good idea to take.
