Here it's mostly understaffing and giant turnover because the job is low pay and incredibly boring.

Recently made the switch from faculty to administration. Yes, we are terrible. The job is straight-up impossible to not fuck up, though.

I have another hour and a half before I can leave work and holy shit im so bored.

I've been fending off an anxiety attack all day and these assholes that keep calling me to pay a three month old $600 medical bill for a tetanus shot are not helping.

Customers that call up yelling at me because I'm "overcharging" for repairs.
$50 for insured shipping, $125 in parts and this guy says charging $235 is an insult.

Had two doctor appointments this week that totaled 5 hours combined. All I got out of them was three scripts and a referral for fucking physical therapy. Gee thanks...I've already basically been doing that for months and I'm well enough certified to do it myself. The first doc gave me pain meds, muscle relaxers and a cream for topical muscle relaxation, which helps but I don't want to take this kind of shit all day. Then he told me no upper body lifting. The second doc took an x-ray, which was completely clear and is waiting to see if insurance will pay for an MRI which he said is up to me if I wanted one. Really? So you don't find anything wrong, I'm in pain, and you say it's optional?? What the fuck. Also he told me to not lift for 6-8 weeks. Right...

So now I've had two docs tell me not to lift. I don't understand either. I've been lifting with this injury for 4 months and I've gotten better, not worse. It just won't get a 100%. I beyond frustrated. I'm a fucking bodybuilder and fitness coach. It's my livelihood. Would they tell someone in the NFL to stop going to practice? They don't even have enough information to tell me to stop, they are just doing it to cover their own butts. My chiro, who has been doing active release therapy on me, has told me to continue to lift but lighten the load. Which I have. I just don't know who to listen to. So obnoxious.

They would tell an NFL player to stop practicing but only after they gave him a bunch of scripts and booze.
