:thumb: Extra space is for
Cosmi
Empress phaser
Subdecay flanger DLX
Subdecay Noisebox
Maybe Randy's Revenge

Probably in that order as well. Should be done saving by 2027 ... On the other hand someone (pointing no fingers RYAN) will probably go and release something rad that screws up my whole long term plan...

I love playing out, absolutely love it! Would like to get out more, but the live scene here is a little suckified.

Ryan wrote:I spose The Elements should be able to sound like an op amp Muff pretty easily... is the Civil War version an op amp one?

Nope. Civil war is a bit lower gain gritty and grindy Russian muff, op amp is a billy corgan distorto kinda NYC muff.
I still feel like I've only scratched the surface of what The Elements can do, but I wouldn't be surprised if you could get pretty close to both toanz.
I was all over the high gainers for a few weeks, and now I'm stuck on one with the gain switch down...sorry if someone has posted something similar already.

Gain at 11
Vol at 12
Mix dimed (ooh I have an ep-2, so farkin' cool to swell the gain in but dat's another thread :joy:)
Gain down
Clip up
Bass cut down
Mid freq in the mid
Bass at 130
Mids at 1230
Trebs at 2

So awesome for switching from clean to dirty parts, using a bunch of slowwwww delay and the expression pedal to bring the bite into chords, from purdy to durrty :!!!:
Special low-frequency version.

Hi all,

I just got my Elements today - amazing pedal! I just happened to catch Burgs do a demo of his pedal board on YouTube and as soon as he turned on his Elements, I said "What is that - I want it!" I was looking for a pedal for more saturated lead tones. I think I found it!
I'll be able to test it better at rehearsal on Thursday and gigs this weekend, but I'm really digging it so far. I use a Dr. Z Carmen Ghia and it seems to suite it very well. I didn't seem hard to find good sounding settings, just deciding what to stick with! I used some of the offerings here as well. So far (at home) I found this for a smooth hard rock lead tone to go with my Les Paul:
Gain - 10:00
Volume - to taste - I found unity to be around 10:00, but boost it a bit for extra push
Mix - max
Gain - up
Clip - middle
Bass Cut - middle
Mid Freq - down
Bass - 12:30
Mid - 1:00
Treble - 10:00
Also, I run my amp right at the breaking up point, so I get just a little sparkle/grit in my clean tone if I want it.

I agree, this farkin' rules! Clean amp swelling to huge distortion is too cool!

Welcome to ILF, ericjeffcoat, and thanks for picking up an Elements! That's a great setting you have there, thanks for sharing, and I hope you kick lots of butt with it at your gigs this weekend.

I really... REALLY want to get a second Elements. Good thing I'm broke at the moment otherwise my self control would be decimated.

PM me your address duder and I'll send you some stuff pro bono. We've got a nice chocolatier in town, and at the moment there are some weird Swedish Christmas flavoured truffles available which are... weird. But so very good. Got some great single estate French stuff as well at a little shop down the road. Mmm.... chocolate nerdery.

DUDE. My grandmother grew up in Austria and would ship us over Sacher from the hotel.... one of the best things I ever ate.
