hi...long time reader, just recently posted for the first time. i'm into loud, quiet and odd music. played guitar for the past 25+ years, been into improvised electronics for the past 15+ years, played in acid/psychedelic/stoner/shoegaze/noiserock bands. i've come to really enjoy odd pedals, synths, unusual instruments. love chatting about gear.

Hello all, I finally got round to registering yesterday! I'm a home player (currently) with a strong affinity for fuzz, overdrive, delay and looping. I started seriously working on my guitar playing about 15 years ago now, wow how time flies... I have various channels on YT, Twitter etc and hang out a lot on the Mylespaul forum.

Hey, all
Only found this place like a week ago, not sure how it wasn't on my radar before.
I'm here for the pedals, the sweet sweet pedals.
But I don't play guitar. I'm playing prayer bowls, manipulating and looping them live with, of course, pedals. (will definitely hit up Nora's thread in a bit!)

Well, I had hopes when his one post wasn't about wigs.

My first thought when I read this was "Dude can you really go bald from an STD?"
thinking it was a joke, not bright enough to tell at this point in the day
