On a more positive note, Queen Elephantine are playing in (the proper) Portland in two weeks-ish. I am super stoked -- been listening to these guys for their entire tenure, never had the chance to see 'em live before.

Saturday is Awesome Gear Day - waiting on delivery of a Catalinbread DLS mkIII, and just scored a Laney AOR 100 on eBay. Now to find a decent local 4x12....

I might get an Orange Rocker 30 head if I can find one in black. It would go with my Matamp cabinet well. I want a stereo rig and my Jet City doesn't cut it for that. I can't afford it right now, but later this year, I think I'll go for it. If I can find one for £400, brilliant. It always sounded good to me.
