I don't own a vest, denim OR leather...am I going to get banned?!

So appropriate right now. But its all about a leather sleeves man, didn't you know that?
Nice Matamp Skip!!!
Tried my crazy Russian Correct Sounds Eclipse with my new Windsor tonight, perfect for an added dirty channel for the amp, for both bass and guitar.

I accidentally posted this in the post your rig section so I thought I'd repost this here.
Does anyone have an opinion on Spector basses? I'm looking at picking up a five string and these really seem the most appealing. I'm thinking one of the euro models. I had a pretty nice 4 string version but the color was putrid. There's a really nice emerald green one local that I'm considering if I can get some stuff sold in time. The hard part is the price tag of $1100. Hopefully I can talk him down a little. I'm a p bass fan so this is just a little different.
Here's a pic so y'all can gaze at it's ugliness.

That really sucks christian. But fuck them if they can't deal. But it is kinda funny when, just looking through their youtube channel, they have a group call LSDJ's, an interview with John Waters, Flatbush Zombies, etc. So an illegal drug reference, a guy who is notorious for crazy movies that have included eating poop, and a rap group with fairly typical rap lyrics that include smoking weed, killing people, fucking bitches, etc. are cool to have your brand associated with but not a term for ladies who want to get down? Now don't get me wrong, I am not disparaging the use of LSD, I love me some John Waters, and Flatbush Zombies are local to me, but it is just funny the arbitrary decisions that PR or lawyers make some times.
Other things; Spector bass, never played on but the guy in Between the Buried and Me plays one and puts it to good use.
And fuck the worship players. They deserve to get trolled sometimes. But what did you actually do? They get uptight over the silliest shit.
I have a denim jacket but it is a combo with a hoodie as the sleeves are like the hoodie material and it has a detachable hood. Of course I can't find the hood now. I put a big back patch on it of a woodblock print depicting hell from dante's inferno. Most of new york doesn't care but every now and then I get dagger looks from the preachers in the subway or street corners. Needless to say they don't try and give me their little pamphlets.
I also got some warehouse guitar speakers in the mail yesterday. I will get to install them today hopefully. ET90s which are like the et65, 1265 from weber and the celestion 65, but a bit higher power and more head room. Can't wait to use them.

Wait so Scion is ok with a band name with the word "High" in it but not "Whores?" I mean they have the right to choose who to associate their brand with, but the decided to go out and sponsor metal shows here, not video games or cartoons. Plus, they're marketing a freaking car, so I hope they realize their target audience is people old enough to 1) drive; and 2) either pass a credit check to finance or lease a car or afford the cash upfront. So I think their target audience is familiar with the word whores.
Sorry for the rant, it just doesn't make sense to me.

Well most commercial industries are catering to stoners in commercials/ads/fast food ideas etc. This scion fest is 80% stoner rock/doom.

Word through the grapevine is that they're all going to be using the wrong amps, though.

There's a very fine line between "catering to stoners" and "catering to fatties" and Jack In The Box is really toeing it

Dunlop 1mm has been my thing for years now. Wish they were a different color though.
Black Pussy has had some issues due to name as well, in this day and age, really? I doubt any significant amount of the population would be truly offended and tohose who are, probably spend most of their time looking for things to be offended by so they can feel all righteous.
