We were offered that tour and then it was taken away from us bc Scion wouldn't sponsor the tour with our band name on it.
True story.
We got the bad news two days before we left for the current tour we're on, and I nearly cried.
Also a true story.

Jesus christ, having Whitechapel play the Rock Fest last year was more offensive than any band name you or I could come up with

Motherfuckingshit. I'd love to see you guys get some recognition out West and you would have fit the bill so well. Bullshit I say.

Time for some calls, gripes, and bitching towards Scion? I think so.

Yeah the last album blew, but I saw them on the Covenant anniversary tour, and they were fucking incredible.

I hate municipal waste and their teenage angst fans.
But i got to see subrosa in denver last month. That was awesome.
How can anyone hate Municipal Waste?
Like, on principle that's silly.
I loathe them and all of the "rethrash" or whatever you want to call contemporary revistations of thrash. Then again, I don't much care for thrash at all save for early Met, two Megadeth albums, early Slayer, pre-Chaos Sepultura, and Testament.

Damn dude, I hate to hear that. Would have loved to see y'all in Denver. Hopefully it happens at some point in the near future anyway.
Also, for the record, I own two denim vests and a denim jacket. I have worn said denim pieces while playing in death metal, doom/sludge, and fuzzed-out-doom bands. Vest life is where it's at, son.

Totally got banned from the TB DOOM room from "trolling" the Worship thread with Riff Worship talk. I'll be on here for a while...

Hey another Colorado peep! I'm in Pueblo, but Denver's where I see most all of my shows.

So much pick talk...
Stupidest picks I ever liked: Was briefly into those tiny clear jazz picks with the indents for the thumb. Also liked black dunlop nylon picks. Too bad that black and clear picks are way to easy to lose. Can never find my clear pyrex slides either.
Best picks. I started playing neon green tortex picks. Now I play nylon picks that are 1.14mm and neon orange and they say "brain" on them. Easy to find lying around the house.
