The switch to graves has been rough. I slept 3 hours today because my body just didn't want to sleep. My gout has flared up and my right foot is a mess. It is agony to stand on it. Or to sit down. Or to breathe. Drinking tons of water and taking aspirin and hoping it will go away soon. I had to buy an ankle brace just to hold my foot together enough to work tonight.

I'm thinking about leaving ILF, maybe for a little while, maybe permanently. There's a couple of factors, mostly my own. I'm getting out of the trading and acquisition game. I am going to play more and talk less. I really want to make something, musically, instead of endlessly swapping gear. The last bout of drama bothered me, too. I said my peace and left it behind, but I really don't need the added stress. That's all my fault, though. I don't know.

Bought this Hiwatt cab and tested it out today after bringing it home. Something didn't sound right. Take the grill cloth off and only one of the speakers is making sound. So I freak out and shut off my amp and unscrew the speaker that isn't making sound. The positive wire on the speaker wasn't connected at all, and the wiring was shoddy. So I redid the wiring on it, and pulled the other speaker out and redid the wiring on that. Then as I put the speakers back in I realize that the one that WAS making sound when I tested it has a blown voice coil. Thankfully the dude was understanding and refunded me enough money to buy a new speaker for the cab

My debit card was cancelled yesterday and my bank still hasn't sent me a replacement. I went to the post office today and swiped my card, no luck. That's embarrassing when you're not actually broke.

So I'm at this one job, and the boss is the devil incarnate. So I take a temp transfer to another place in the same org where the boss is awesome and cool and everyone loves him, to try and get a break from living in hell. 2 weeks later, he decides to retire. Guess who takes his place? Yup, the fucking devil cow bitch. Sometimes you just can't escape your demons, I guess.

i dont get why and how people get away with doing this shit for a job, classifying fuck wits and twats to make them feel more important. The kind of people described in the article (and Hipsters for that matter) are just a bunch of dicks in society...yet they're classified and given particular traits that defines them, which thereby makes them special and gives them more attention. The whole point about these "groups" is that they all are seeking and starving for some sort of attention or some way of feeling special (snowflakes)...so why not just call them what they are (dicks, twats, wankers, tossers, posers...etc) and leave it at that. Maybe, then they reaslise they're not special and stop being cunts!
