I feel like I've been served an apathy platter and been told to eat up. From someone I consider a friend, no less. Really blows.

Well what do you know....my company was bought out a couple months ago and today as i was leaving I was told "We'll let you know if you still have a job on monday." Being that i was the last one in the door I can see NO FUCKING WAY this is happening.

This is really going to fuck me man. I mean i know I've been spending money but fuck dude. When i took the job i said "I'm really taking a large financial risk relocating like this i just want to make sure this is a long term investment" and was told no worries. Yeah fucking right man. So I'm returning the gibson...thats about $3600, I've got $3400 in the bank and i can cash out what 401k i had so far for another couple of grand....so basically i can pay the lease break on my apartment and pay of some of the rest of my student loans....or just pay off my student loans and basically say fuck the apartment..... I dunno man the apartment will fuck my credit but the loans will fuck me for life if i ever want to go back to school......

I mean I would wait to actually get fired before stressing out. Returning the guitar was probably a smart move, though.

And re: student loans they seem to hand out forbearances/hardships with abandon, so you should check that out. No loan payments for a year with no penalty yay!

Switched to another anti-depressant. I feel like I haven't slept all week and it sucks a shit.

apparently when i moved i lost all my cables except the curly cord that plugs into the guitar. so my board's sitting idle waiting for me to buy new cables.

I haven't had a playable amp set up since February and the realization of how important playing amplified music is to my being is starting to really takes its toll on me. Playing unamplified is getting me by, playing through headphones is just fucking frustrating, and I just started a months long road trip with no decernable end. I don't think I've ever craved fuzz, volume, vibtations of my own making as much as I do right now.

I'm gonna have to buy a practice amp at the least. Ugh. The first thing I do when my travels end is find a way to blast some shit hard.

Ive done it once, and am on income based repayment now, and my interest rates ate still locked.
