Hey all. Another lurker here. I build the occasional pedal (clones) for myself, but mostly I'm a hobbyist tube amp designer/builder.
I'll post my board soon but... hi.

HI, I'm DrMabuse and I'm an alcoholic.
Wait...sorry, got my wires crossed there. A bit about me: I mostly play castigation and debasement.
Turn-ons: Iggys that don't rap, dronz, Wata, Deal sisters.
Turn-offs: phonies, pencil necked guitars, satanist highway patrolmen.
Favorite Pope: Urban II, the first pope to grant indulgences.
Bedroom secrets: my rig will self-oscillate as long as it needs to.

Ahoy-hoy!
I'm a ex-ampaholic, ex-pedal-hoarder from Norway. I started collecting old shit in 1990, just when all the cool kids swapped their old fashioned stuff for RACKS!
Anyhows, I made a fair living out of dealing vintage stuff and then I had kids. An Orange OR 200, OR 120, HIWATT, Vox Supreme, Marshall Supafuzz, Fender Blender etc. pays for a shitload of diapers, bread and milk ...
These days I'm into soldering pedals from kit PCB's using NOS components. I have access to old radio repair shop's stockpile. I like glitchy fuzz and modulated delays and other spatial effects. SWOOOOSHHHHHBLEEP!

Hello! I love fuzz. And making noise. And scribbling scribbles.
I used to have access to an old Casio keyboard. Not anymore.

I'm not actually a real Maggot. I was one in a band called the Surf Maggots. I hated the name so I've chosen no prolong the agony by several decades by using this screen name.
I like to play Stoner, Garage, Pop and Bubblegum Doom.
I have always owned fuzz pedals and thought that I loved them, but I didn't know what it means to love fuzz until I bought my first Devi Ever around 2010.
I'm a public defender and my other avocation is downhill longboarding. I'm a Virgo and my favorite color is charcoal heather.

Yo! me here! Dutch guy living in cold Canada. The only pedal I bought is a tuner. The rest I build.
I like to drink whiskey, play the devils flute!

Hi there, also Dutch living close to Amsterdamned allthough i prefer to call it 020 (it's a football thing)
The past +10 years my pedals and guitars have been collecting dust on the attic, now my kids are more self-supporting and i'm almost done with my study i'm going to pick up my guitar(s) again. Besides loving many styles of music, i collect records, visit concerts, football games, going to bars for a guys night out.

Hey everyone, my name's Kevin, I'm 32 living down under in Melbourne, Australia thought I'm originally from Vancouver, Canada.
Finding this forum has come at the perfect time. I developed an unadulterated hatred for TGP and TDPRI and couldn't stand those anymore. More and more there was very few threads that actually interested me, and nothing I dislike more than thread arguments. I became very bored of hearing a bunch of old coots complaining that "thing's ain't like they used to be" on TDPRI, and the corksniffers of TGP just drove me insane, as if owning a $4000 boutique amp made me a lesser guitarist or something (despite many of those same players making boring, and uninspired demos with their fancy gear). I'll admit I learned a couple things, but time has come for something different.
With that out of the way, I feel a lot better now. it seems as though this place has a lot more people on my level. I'm pretty much obsessed with pedals, I tend to go through stages of fuzz/dirt, delay, modulation, heck I even went through an octave stage where I basically wanted to buy every octave pedal ever.
Really like guys like Juan Alderete, Coffee & Riffs (and Brady's OBNE pedals - try the Black Fountain delay if you havem't, it's awesome) lots of different types of music. I'll post some gear pics and all that shortly.
Cheers, everyone!
