This came about because my doctor caught on to the fact that I like benzos a little too much. To be fair, I did warn (hint strongly at) her that this was the case and she gave them to me anyway so, well... yeah. So yeah, pretty much the mirtazapine fucked me up really bad and I got all the side effects and for the next three days I had little to no fine motor control, problems with balance, insane drowsiness (slept like 22 hours the first night), really bad dry mouth and some totally bizarre cognitive problems. If I tried to think about anything too difficult the thoughts literally felt like they were dropping out of head, like I was jumping to grasp something and just missing it. So I was a very frustrated, wobbly, sleepy retard for three days. Sucked.
Yeah Mirtazapine sucks balls. I was on them for a few years and was even on an experimental high dose. Was doing fuck all. In the end I switch to Effexor. They seem much better as far as treating my depression but yeah not the best for sleep. I dont fight it anymore. I just get sleep when I can. A few hours here, a few hours there and walk around in a zombie state most other times.

Not sure I could do that man, both in the sense that sleep is pretty much my favorite thing ever and in that a lack of sleep is guaranteed to make me suicidal. I don't usually need medication for it but because they are fucking with my anti-depressant dosages right now it's become a problem. Hopefully within the fortnight I'll be all good.

Oh man, I miss benzos soooo badly.
I was going to got to bed at 2, but...Frasier appears to be on Hallmark indefinitely. I'm also super full and bloated, but I'm at my parents' so there is all sorts of food.

I remember Neonblack once had his son wake him up with a diaper in hand mumbling in a cute voice "look dad I poopoo".
I'm reassured that none of you seem to think your kids shit is better than any other shit. It's shit. I understand the "good health sign thingy". But still, it's shit. Period. No reason to be amazed.
On the topic of things I want to scream at other people, this week's:
1. Wear socks darker than your pants, you silly - unless you want to look like a skater, which is fine, but not with dress shoes. And who the fuck wears fucking loafers with TASSELS? TASSELS!
2. The right way to eat Oreo's is to split ut, eat the half without the white stuff, lick the white stuff off, eat the other half. YOU DON'T BITE IN IT LIKE IT'S ANY OTHER BISCUIT YOU STUPID.
3. There's a way to park your car: it's inside the damn spot, not ON the white line or worse, between two row of spots. HOW CAN SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO BECOME A LAWYER BE DUMB ENOUGH TO NOT UNDERSTAND A RULE THIS SIMPLE?

Nah man, you gotta up your sock game. You go with that modern look shorter pant, or nice jeans, some nice patterned socks that stand out, some leather saddle shoes in light cognac with navy or burgundy laces. A slim white button down, or a slim v neck t, and a nice blazer. That's a good look.
This is like one of my go tos:

I agree with patterned socks (that's what I wear most of the time, makes life less boring) but if you're going plain and preppy with a suit and loafers, you don't wear white Nike ones. PERIOD.
Latest socks purchase was this:

My favorite pair right now is probably this one:

And they're my favorite socks I own. So good. I can wear them with my work uniform (all black, black vest, long apron, solid or subtle patterned tie) or with my life uniform (all black, slim jeans, doc martens or vans)

He's probably a member of the douche committee that invented the new way to park a car I mentionned earlier. And I don't want to see that guy eat Oreos.

I keep some around for when I go to a public swimming pool. You kinda have to walk a few meters in socks and I don't want my kewl socks to be ruined because of the chemicals taking the color off. Once was enough.

And this brand is kinda light and comfy too. Love them.
