[quote="greigoroth"]Just recorded a whole bunch of stuff in the rehearsal room. I think this is my favourite setting - I may revise that after going through the recorded material. Arc Flash on the intro. Will post more stuff once I've edited everything.

SECRETS. lol. it's just me chording (fuck my theory is horrible. whatever chord is like a power chord with an octave below the 5th?) with the left hand and then rhythm flicking on/off on a killswitch. my guy that does setups and bass repair and such always puts in killswitchs for me. love 'em. weird trem like effects but way more customizable. 'specially into huge delays.

NEAT.

YESH.

lol. scarrrrriest thing i've ever watched. just got the bass, went to my guy, he did a dance and played with it, i had to leave the room when he started the drill.

wouldn't want a bass without a killswitch tho.

Yeah - those first two albums contain so many riffs that make me  except like in a happy way. What shits me about demos is that you miss the pants flapping volume which contributes to the awesomeness - it's just not the same through laptop speakers. But damn, huge tonez in The Elements.

so after tweaking the knobs a bit, I've experienced how versatile this gem can truly be. One minute I was playing some chugging thrash riffs and the next some searing black metal! and then the next minute overdriven shimmery chords and clean boosts. I'm hooked and now I cant wait to try the RRR. Believe the hype you creeps!

Totally awesome, Matt, it sounds great! I love that setting too!

urf. REALLY want to do a demo for this beast. been so swamped lately though. but look! a track! with all Elements for the distortion!

i think..... yep. i don't turn off the Elements the whole track. the stuttery/trem'ish sound is me flicking a killswitch on my bass to the rhythms. WOOT.

Too early for me to have favorite settings...and ILF-induced GAS doesn't hit as hard as it used to, but MAN I've been looking forward to getting into an Elements.
Yesterday I got home from the hand clinic after getting the news that I don't in fact need surgery to repair a tendon, and my glyphs-finish Elements was waiting. Planned on waiting for my birthday to order one direct from Ryan, but something about the timing tells me this one is special.
Syl's fuzz setting on page 1 is pretty awesome, gives me a good starting point...can't wait to see what this thing can really do! :!!!:
Special low-frequency version.

Thanks benjuro, that's one of my favorite setting.
Try Ryan's Wooler Wailer Square setting... it's very good too.

Hey all. Found a couple new settings I'm loving. One that pretty much matches my BYOC Big Muff clone and one that pretty much matches James Santiago's Sparkle Drive Mod setting from his Giggity Woman tone video. Figured I'd share. (Dr. Ryan, you're a genius–I'm convinced I could use four of these things on my board and no one would know they're the same pedal.)

Ram's Head Muff-like:
Gain 3:00
Vol: to taste
Mix: 4:00
Up

Middle

Bass knob: 10:30
Mid Knob: 1:30
Treb knob: 2:30
(Roll off the treble knob to get closer to a Civil War/Russian muff)

Sparkle Drive Mod #1
Gain: 8:00
Vol: To taste.
Mix: 5:00

Bass: 10:00

Coool, a Muff setting! I don't think we've seen a Muff setting before, can't wait to try that out!

Really happy to hear you're digging the pedal, thank you very much and I really appreciate the compliment on the Elements' versatility. *high five with small explosion*
