I always make good points! Did you manage to make reality that three way with the hot backup singer from Saturday night?

......No.
Instead my wife drank too much, went home feeling shithouse and passed out.
I had to get up early for work in the morning and I was over it, so I couldn't even be fucked jerking off.

Singer chick looked a bit like Kagney Lynn Carter though....so, ruing that a litlle.

Fuck mate! Things are pretty dire when you can't even be bothered knocking the top off it.

Yeah, I know what you mean. It went surprisingly smoothly though considering the crown broke and he ended up having to split the tooth up in order to take it out. Felt very weird to have my fucking tooth popping apart in my head. There was one big break that didn't hurt but did scare me so much I nearly shot outta the chair. No pain at all except for now, though. He said it was unusual that I wanted to see the gnarly tooth afterward

Im sure they would be willing, just not able. They rent a practice space in Atlanta and their whole setup is pretty huge. The guitar player runs a stereo setup with 2 amps and 4 cabs, and the drummer has a pretty big kit. There's just nowhere around here to put it all.

I'm also going to have to start helping with practice space rent money soon, which will mean that every practice costs me $50. 4 times a month, and it starts to get expensive. My broke ass just can't spare the cash.

I may have some folks around here to play with, but they're not super reliable. Frustrating for sure.

Hell yeah. I've always maintained that assistant boobs in ya face makes it all worthwhile. I think they're a little more guarded about that stuff when you're an adult, though.
NEW BAND NAME: INDIRECT MOTORBOATING

Bet I could make a few hundred extra if I laid a camera on my shirt every time I went to the dentist. That POV gonzo-style breastbrushing. I could throw it up on kickstarter; every goal reached funds a visit to get my teeth cleaned. Everyone wins.

Yeah what is it about musos being flakey? When I lived in the suburbs, there would be jams organised at my place. I would buy beer and have bud there for the bong. Also meat to cook on the BBQ and they still would not show. Not that beer and bud ever goes to waste with my appetite for a buzz. But still. I guess it must of been me. Now I live in the country I wouldn't even bother inviting folks for a jam. It actually makes me depressed to just sit by myself and play. But there is not much I can do about it.

this is a problem for me as well. i've been so depressed that looping has lost its charm for me. i may have to force myself to try soon, though, because i'm drying up and blowing away here.

Well shit if you ever end up in Minnesota, I've got an unoccupied bedroom and we could live together and jam all the time :thumb:

Cool weekend for me. The state is garnishing my wages (luckily for a small sum of money but I'm anxious that it reflects poorly on me, to my employer), got into a big fight with the girlfriend wherein I realized that I'm kind of a shit boyfriend, and just found out this morning my brother is in the ER having suffered two seizures, and they don't know what's wrong with him, yet.

sadly, i'm at a point where i'm more or less stuck here, with a job that's supporting a car loan. i'm making good money at my job, but i really don't like living here. i suspect i'd like Minnesota winters even less than Virginia ones, though.

Honestly, why is it always the people with zero life experience, emotional intelligence and basic fucking Empathy the only people that feel the need to rattle off utter bullshit about 'opinions' that have no understanding in?

Was that offer for me or dubkitty? I would love to live with other musos, but I strongly doubt I would get any kind of visa to enter the u.s. I have a bit of a sketchy past history. Unless you know someone in politics or a big wheel in the mob that has political connections.
