They charge you a lot for it, not to mention they know nothing about properly packing a guitar for shipping.
You can go to guitar center and ask for a box. They have a lot since they're always getting guitars shipped to them. They gave me one no problem when I sold my guitar last year.

Can you take things to the UPS store and tell them to box it up for you?
Would it all fit if you took the neck off? Maybe the buyer wouldn't mind.

nah man, it's too wide/fat. The box a Bass VI ships in is really skinny, because it doesn't come with a bag.
Oh well, I'll just try selling locally first.

When am I going to learn that my landlord likes to sometimes deposit checks the same day he gets them and sometimes hold onto them for a month before depositing them.

Searching for a place to live is really fucking annoying. Even worse that if anyone actually responds to me it's a 3 hour drive minimum to go have a look. This is what I forgot about when I got all excited about moving somewhere new.

Between your Bob Mould signature and this line, I feel like we should be friends.

Wife wont let me touch her lately. She tenses up as soon as I start initiating anything. And then we fall asleep with our backs to each other. pretty depressing.

Ha, my landlord's been holding rent checks for a month before depositing them. I've taken to paying him with a money order.

You need to talk to her about that.
