I feel like this could be the basis for my next script that Hallmark does not buy. A coming of age drama about a young lady making her way through adolescence AND wanting to be abducted by aliens but, potentially HAS BEEN abducted but cannot remember.

When I was like 8, I had this soccer coach that I didn't like much. I would say random stuff to her all the time just because I thought it was funny. I told her I was abducted and made up this story about lights and going through "windows of glows". She told my mom that I was having delusions and I should probably get psych help. My mom was pissed because she knew I was messing around. I shut up for the remaining practices.

At the pizza/pool party I fell off the slide that dropped into the pool. On the way down, I hit my head on the concrete. I blacked out and woke up at the bottom of the middle of the pool. My eyes opened to about five foot of light refracted blobs. A few seconds of panic and I floated back to the surface. My mom was pissed because she thought I was messing around.

I looked over at the soccer coach. She was wearing one of those tourist Rasta hats and a scowl directed at me.
