I know exactly when i'm being anxious or neurotic about something, but then i'll still continue to fall into the same patterns and coping mechanisms.

The bus I take home from work was delayed 50 minutes. Then when it finally came it drove right past me without stopping. Waiting now for the next bus, which comes a half hour after that one. So that I can do the one and a half to two hour long trip home.

i'm so scattered with the things i have to do to get ready to leave that i now have a checklist to work off, and am seriously thinking of abandoning stuff i wanted to take along e,g. dishes and the microwave which are packable but which i can't get my head far enough towards to deal with. had an anxiety attack tonight thinking about it.
