I love Seattle record stores. Everytime I go, I leave with a stack of things I had been looking for. NY ones tend to either be too focused on old used vinyl or purely whats popular.kbit wrote:Record stores in Seattle are no joke. I contemplated dropping $80 in one store just because of how sweet the selection was. Even after spending $30 at another store this morning.
At least I finally have the Dawn of Midi album

When I think about the environment, I try to think of our grandchildren. Our grandchildren who will be able to admit for certain that things are fucked up beyond repair and just waste away the world in massive orgy of destruction and decadence.
I want a part of that orgy.

Other forums that when asked for "weird" pedals offer such things as "JHS modded DS-1s."

Check out the JHS site that guy is really good.
There are a few good suggestions, but most of them are just different flavors of dirt. This is what I get for straying from the synth forum.dude2 wrote:That's dope. I just ordered it.

I definitely didn't expect that to come from Gear Slutz -- they're usually pretty up on their shit, which cannot be said for very many guitar forums.
