Need some advice. I just traded a muff for an 8x8 bass cab here on craigslist. Cab has a blown speaker and looks terrible, but is real solid construction. I am considering putting in a new piece of wood and making it a 2x15, but it isn't as deep as most 2x15s I've seen. I know the speakers will fit, but I'm not sure if they new a nice big space to resonate properly. My dream is to use this for both guitar and bass depending on the project, but that might be unrealistic. The other option is I'm considering just putting 8in pa speakers in it because I've read they are more full frequency.
