from just playing with it to make sure it works i'd say go ahead and grab one if its a good price. one of the knobs is volume and the other is like a blend knob. ill try to make a demo soon, havn't been feeling very motivated today.

Sweet, part of what's been holding me back is what I perceived as a lack of blend. And no rush, even though I treat you as an artificial demo making machine, I secretly love you and wish you everything good in life.

There's someone, who shall remain un-named, that I wish would treat me as an artificial something machine.

Wizard is fun. Different than all my other fuzzers...

Spill. Differentness deets. :)* :animal:

Different timber and grain than anything else I have. More scream. Less crunch. Cuts through mix without becoming a buzzing mosquito. Feels like my amp is on fire.

^ That Rat looks super tough!
So yeah, backwardsvoyager dropped the A/DA Flanger and foot control pedal (and the original power supply and the step-down transformer he threw in just because he's a boss):

Image

Original wall wart says it's 12V and we tried two different 12V wall warts (both with the right 2.5mm barrels and centre-positive plugs) and we couldn't get them to work while the original wart with a step-down transformer worked beautifully. So we talk and play guitar and try pedals and after he goes I dig out the multimeter and figure out that the 12V supply (clearly labelled as such) is actually kicking out 16V. And now I'm running a switchable wall wart at 15V and it's working beautifully. :thumb:

Bonus happy ending shot:
