Yeah hitting rock bottom is good. You feel kind of cleansed and able to start from scratch and rebuild yourself into the person you need to be. Also for some reason you have less shame and inhibitions. I had a real feeling of like I was reborn. And I just seemed to give less of a fuck about things. You know not sweating the little things that would of got me down in the past that lead to the breakdown. right back at ya dude.

The coil off the kitchen oven is the best/worst. Especially if you live with non smokers and you have to hurry outside.

Exactly, life seems to just keep happening whether you stress out about it or not, so why stress about it.
It's just more exciting to take your hands off the steering wheel, push the accelerator to the floor and just kick back and see where it takes you.
