how'd you land the DIG? site says they're still on pre-order.

They're available now.

ThurberMingus wrote:Also how does the DIG stack up to the TimeLine? I just got mine last week and it is my favorite pedal ever. Dual mode is my most used patch so I am intrigued by the DIG. Don't think I'll be buying a new delay any time soon though!

The DIG is kinda like bits of Dual mode, and bits of Pattern mode. The DIG can blur the lines between delay and reverb (as can the Timeline, but with a different sound). If you have a Timeline, you could get about 80% of what the DIG does.

Normally Strymon put out a small box effect, and then later expand on it with a big box. It's almost like Strymon did the opposite on the DIG. It's like they took some parts from the Timeline and put it in a small box.

First post here, and I gotta say. YOUR PEDALBOARDS LOOK AMAZING.

Well might as well share mine too. Didn't get a pic when it's powered up though.

The black thing on the top is a Barber LTD Silver. The green one to the right with three knobs is a diy green Russian. And the one to the left with one knob and two switches is A diy EP booster! Haha sorry maybe should 'be explain those things too :hobbes:

If you have any more questions just ask away!

not the best photo, but i cut the deco and added the gravitas! really stoked on this, just need to get my fuck fixed to replace the mayflower. (or a mini, idk)

signal chain:

polytune > volume > echorec > mayflower > tafm > bigsky > gravitas > timeline

the expression controls the timeline and bigsky via the dmcxl3.

This is super neat dude!

I love how instead of going Timeline>Big Sky like 90% of the boards I see with them both you cook up the order a bit. Really awesome to look at them that way. Kind of pokes my (previously) much suppressed Big Sky GAS a little.
Just a little though/

thats how i had them laid out for a long time, but then i realized it was kinda silly to have my looper before my verb. then i just came to realize i really like delay after reverb in general. and there was no way i wasn't gonna put the trem after the bigsky, i wasn't gonna miss out on the 100% wet random choppiness.
